Planning Committee approve 3 new developments

Cambridge City Council Planning Committee approved 3 new developments by Blues Property at this month’s planning meeting.
Whichcote: With planning already approved for three new 6 bedroom houses on Milton Road, Blues Property secured further planning for the redevelopment of Whichcote house on Springfield Road to provide eleven 1 and 2 bedroom flats.
Strangeways Road: Plans were approved for a large 4 bedroom family home close to Addenbrooke’s Hospital and good local schools.
65 Fulbourn Road: This development will see the demolition of the existing dwelling and the creation of a single new building containing three modern 1 bed flats and one studio flat.
